PROJECTS General children ( 0 – 12 yrs) clinic that provides high quality medical services including antiretroviral therapy, at very low cost. Y2K runs comprehensive, evangelistic medical outreach programs in partnership with churches and child sponsorship agencies throughout Kenya. The high quality services draw the entire spectrum of clientele, even though the services were originally aimed at the low-income groups General clinic for teens (13 – 17 yrs) and their caregivers , which provides high quality services to suit different clientele needs. Consultations, comprehensive laboratory, pharmacy, endoscopy and ultrasound services are offered at very competitive rates. 3. A MILLION UNITED AGAINST AIDS (AMUAA) Launched in 2001, its mission is to promote the ultimate behavior change (relationship with Jesus Christ) as a strategy for preventing consequences of Sexual, Alcohol & Drugs (SAD) problems among the children and teens of Kenya through provision of skills-based abstinence education, Youth friendly VCT services and social marketing of sexual abstinence as the most effective preventive tool against out-of-wedlock pregnancies, STDs and HIV/AIDS. Abstinence by choice/Reach for life(ABC/R4L) program is a comprehensive Relational Evangelism and Discipleship (RED) based, prevention strategy against SAD problems among the teens that seeks to revolutionize teens of Kenya (RED Revolution) by:
